Welcome, my name is Dani
My exploration of wellbeing spans over 20 years and 4 continents. Originally qualified in International Hotel management, a high stress industry, I am very aware of the importance of finding healthy methods to manage stress overwhelm and anxiety.
Through the fascinating practices of Reiki, Yoga, Meditation and Wellbeing coaching, I learned not only to cope with stress and anxiety, but to live a happy, energised and complete life. Grateful for what I have in this part of my life's journey.
Since 2001 my work is to share this knowledge with people like you, helping to find direction and clarity in order to live a purposeful, harmonious and joyous life.
My Virtual studio offers you a membership with on demand Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama (breathing) practices, plus 4 live stream weekly classes.
You also have the option of drop in Yoga classes, if once a week is what you require.
Through my online calendar you can book coaching sessions, with out the hassle of back and forth organising.
