Welcome, my name is Dani

My exploration of wellbeing spans over 20 years and 4 continents. Originally qualified in International Hotel management, a high stress industry I so am very aware of the importance of finding healthy methods to manage that stress and anxiety.

Through the fascinating practices of Reiki, Yoga, Meditation and Personal Development coaching, I have developed tools to not only help me to cope, but to also live a full, happy, energised and complete life.

I have been working since 2001 to inspire people to find direction and clarity in order to live a purposeful, harmonious and joyous life.

I became a Reiki Master in 2001 and then followed on to complete my first 200hr Yoga and Meditation teacher training in NYC 2002. I have further studied 300hrs Yoga in 2012 and am now qualified at the experienced senior ERYT 500hr level.

I qualified as a .B Mindfulness for teenagers teacher in 2016 and then spent a month in India in 2017 diving into the philosophy and meditation. I now have over 3500 hours of Mindfulness and Yoga teaching experience.

I returned to study in 2019 and qualified with a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching Diploma in February 2020. I love the opportunity to ask questions that can change perspectives and I developed a system of interweaving all these modalities to create a space for growth and to inspire you to live your fullest life.

Through the fascinating practices of Reiki, Yoga, Meditation and Personal Development coaching, I have learned tools to not only help me to cope with stress and anxiety, but to help me live a full, happy, energised and complete life.

Now I want to share those gifts with you because YOU DESERVE to live life to the full not just to exist.
